• Final pricing is determined by volume, weight, item type, labor required, and accessibility at the pickup location.
• The booking deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward the final service total.
• Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or if access to the pickup location is unavailable at the scheduled time.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all items for removal are clearly identified before service begins.
• Additional charges may apply for stairs, oversized items, excessive weight, disassembly, long carry distances, or items not disclosed during booking.
• We do not remove hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos, explosives, biohazards, or illegal materials.
• The customer confirms they are authorized to approve removal of all items from the property.
• Pickup times are scheduled within appointment windows and may be affected by traffic, weather, or previous jobs.
• Photos uploaded during booking are used only for service evaluation and pricing estimates.
• Payment for remaining balances is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
